Mixergy viewer Paul Magee sent me this YouTube video to show how Jeremy Paxman, a tough interviewer, goes after an answer.

I hope I don’t come across like that in my interviews. The difference between political interviewers and me is that they want their interviewees to reveal what they’re trying to hide and I want my guests to teach what they’re dying to share with the world.

After five-hundred-some-odd interviews, I think my guests know that I’m coming from a good place. That’s why they’re willing to trust me to help them share their toughest stories.
