I talk about software companies, hardware companies, and food companies even. But when it comes to talking about consulting companies, I often talk about them as a stepping stone towards something else.
But, frankly, a lot of people actually build solid consulting companies, not as a stepping stone towards something else. I want to make sure that we do an interview here about how it’s done, where I get a story of an entrepreneur who’s doing it, and today I’ve got one for you.
Keith Perhac is the CEO and founder Delfi-Net, a full-service development and marketing consultancy. I invited him here to talk about how he built it, some of the problems along the way and how he overcame them.
