Elchonon launched the business and says that because of mismanagement, he lost his customers’ trust and his ability to process orders — no PayPal, Google Checkout or even credit card processing — which landed him in debt.

So he moved back home, got his brother to help out and turned around their business, ThriftyComputer, which sells electronics online.
