Well, that technology wasn’t an Apple invention, that technology was created by a company called Shazam. You probably know their app, and you know the company.

Today you’re about to get to know the founder of the business. I invited Chris Barton to talk about how an idea he had back in school turned into this wildly popular app.

Chris Barton is the founder of Shazam which is a commercial smartphone-based music identification service.
