How to get clients to use your SaaS themselves (so you don’t have to sell your services)

Today’s guest is a guy who had a company that didn’t actually pan out the way he wanted it to. It was called Site2Mobile and the goal was to take your website and make it mobile-friendly. And it didn’t really scale. It didn’t grow. It didn’t become what he wanted it to.

We’ll talk about why not. But as he was building it up, he recognized two needs that led to the creation of a tool that would scale.
