Sometimes it feels like everybody in the entrepreneur and the SaaS space, including myself, asks “How do you get more customers?

Well today’s guest noticed that and said, “Why aren’t we paying attention to how many customers are leaving?” So he came up with a software that will not only help you realize that you’re losing paying users, but also help you reduce churn and learn from it.
