How Savings.com Uses KISSInsights To Improve Its Site [Screenshots]

I’m finding that sometimes even a good survey doesn’t generate enough useful feedback. I like how Savings.com uses KISSInsights to ask users if they’d do a a 10-minute phone call or IM chat so they could give more feedback.
Smart.
