How can we make the comments more useful?

Arie here. I’m Mixergy’s community manager that many of you have been talking with in the comments.

You’ve probably noticed us testing things out in the comments section for each interview. That’s because Andrew and I have been on a mission to make the comments even more useful.

But after weeks of “Best Quote Contests” and “Tell Us What You Learned” prompts, we FINALLY realized something: Why don’t we just ASK you all how the comments could be more helpful?

This is what I mean:

If you don’t have time to watch every interview (the whole way through, three times a week) what type of information would you like to see in the comments?

If it’s a great quote from an interviewee that you can turn into a mantra, I want to know that.

If it’s just finding out what gets the interviewee out of bed each morning, I want to know that.
