Go to http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedform… insert the date, time and timezone and click “calculate fixed time”. You then get a nice page with the time the event happens in different timezones, so your user don't have to do the math.

I'm not affiliate in any kind with them, I just like the service.
