In the comments of a recent interview, a viewer said something that many of you have said before, “It sure would be great if Andrew created a closed premium community where us Mixergy fanatics could meet/congregate/form partnerships :) Seriously.”

I gave the same response I usually give to that request, “I’d like to do it, but I’m not sure what we’ll do in that community.”

That’s when I got an email from Javier Sardá, a viewer who had a simple idea: a small, focused mastermind group.

Javier volunteered to start one and let me know how helpful it is. Javier is launching a software as a service business and wants to talk to others who are doing it too. That way, if he’s wrestling with an issue, like how to market his new business, he won’t have to figure it all out on his own.

So, do you want to join Javier’s group?

He’s looking for 5 members. (Though the number can change slightly.)

The group will meet via Google Hangout, so you can join from anywhere in the world.

You’ll meet weekly, at least at first, so you can build momentum quickly.

There’s no charge to be in the group, but he’d like it to be for Premium Members, like him. Having said that, you don’t have to keep your Premium Membership going to stay with the group. Your group is yours. I just want to help.

All I ask is that someone from the group tell me how it’s working so I can figure out how and if I should do more.

If you’d like to join, fill out a short application. We’re using an application process, instead of accepting the first 5 people, so that Javier can select people whose work is similar.

Update: It’s now closed. Javier will contact everyone who asked to join.
