		<description>A pity about the quality but I quite enjoyed this interview. As an Aussie I find it good to hear about businesse&#039;s founded outsite the USA.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;What I really liked is that its seems quite common to do everything manually on the backend of any business before automating it. Which really makes sense when you think about it. I guess as a developer I just dont like to ship or release stuff until its done. This is certainly something I need to get over as there will always be issues no matter how much I test.</description>
