Great Interview! I love her. She articulates the balance needed between vision/passion on one hand and planning/analysis on the other.

Thanks Andrew!

I loved this interview. Naomi’s honesty in sharing her experiences was uplifting. It is heartening to see how people bouncing back strongly from difficult times and taking responsibility for Really Big Mistakes (e.g. the junk email to her mailing list).

Andrew - of all the entrepreneurs you have interviewed, what percentage would you say are in the business of selling services? As Naomi said, we all need purpose, people, processes and passion - I would add persistence and bravery. But do you think service startups face any unique hurdles and do you have any tips specifically for service startups? I’d love to hear some of those people’s experiences.

Andrew,
Another great interview. From another Aussie women launching a business in the US, it is particularly wonderful to see you highlight a success story from down under. I am in the business of helping people find the right job and it is encouraging that Naomi focuses on her people and what they don't like doing and use technology to automate those things. I hope to be one of your success story in a future interview.
