I listened to this twice, but I'm stumped about how he got back up. Was it just because he took time off to get away from it all, and that "quiet" time allowed him to regroup and come back with renewed spirit? If he talked about this in depth during this interview, I'm sorry I missed it. I would appreciate it, if someone would give me the general time mark on the MP3 of where he described how he got back up, so I can listen to it again.

Dave: What I'm noticing in my interviews is that burst of the dotcom in 2000 made us better entrepreneurs. Mark himself said that having gone through the bust helped him realize that his current company should have more money in the bank, hire fewer people and spend less over all.

I think we're much better prepared now than in 2000. Don't you?
