I've learned through trails and tribulations that bouncing back quickly is not an option. If you do not bounce back, you're dead. I have a time limit on how long I can let circumstance effect me. I've learned that everything will pass so there is no need to hold on to the things that effect us negatively. Thanks for posting this!
