Great interview full of excellent answers. Can't thank you enough. It answered lots of questions I had in mind about starting online business.

I specially like "Getting Real" from Mike's recommendations.

I think this company is in the same league with 37signals it would be useful if I could see "similar interviews" in the side bar so I could keep on watching.

Thanks a lot Andrew for bringing this excellent content for free!
Love it.

Great questions and answers. It is nice to see how you have gone deep in the success story of freshbooks, and I have found a lot of common things with our work flow and routines.
Here are couple of them:
- Always listen to your customers to improve your product
- Don't give them what they wont, give them what they need and follow your vision (well this is what separates you from others)
- You must have best support possible for your customers

There are lot of them but this 3 are basic :)

Keep up the good work,
Haris

I am a huge fan of Freshbooks, great application. I recommend it to newbie business owners just starting out. It's incredibly user friendly and automated. It takes the guesswork out of business finance - seriously!
