Lately, when I go to TechCrunch and other sites, I see meaningless links to posts on Identi.ca. The site is similar to Twitter and it seems that every time someone uses it to link to a TechCrunch article, it shows up as a blog response.
Did Identi.ca find a way to flood blogs like TechCrunch with links back to its site?

Richard Wiseman planted hundreds of wallets around Edinburhg.
50% of all the “lost” wallets were returned
BUT 90% of the wallets that had baby pictures in them were returned
